This list is merely provided as a courtesy to our members and prospective land owners. It is the buyer's and seller's responsibility to notify the association with any additions, deletions, or corrections so that this list can be maintained with current information. Pennsylvania law stipulates that sellers must provide buyers with copies of the association's covenants. Prospective buyers are cautioned to also check to make sure that there are no hidden fees associated with the propety for which they would become responsible if purchasing the property.

Annual maintenance fee for a lot without a house is $105 per calendar year;
Annual maintenance fee for a lot with a house is $150 per calendar year;
All payments are due by April 30 each year. A 10 percent interest is charged after April 30 each year.
